Maybe your toilet’s Closet Flange is one of the original cast iron versions that has inevitably cracked.
That’s why BruCo makes the PVC & ABS options! No need for tearing up nice flooring or removing the lead joint, which makes it perfect for concrete construction. We make it simple to replace these pesky original flanges with ours. It’s a straightforward device that slides inside a 4” average plumbing system. This Compression Closet Flange doesn’t need to be caulked to the lead joint, instead all that needs to be done is to secure the gasket by tightening the 3 stainless steal bolts equally to create a snug seal. Nothing more nothing less!
Just placing the wax ring back and the porcelain thrown is all that’s left to do, and Tah Dah! No more stink and your half bath is back to new.
